Controller: PegaSys Solutions, LLC, 2360 Deer Valley Lane, Walnut Creek, CA 94598 (eedmondson@teampegasys.com) collects and processes your work data through WorkTrack.

What we collect: Your name, work email address, job title, and role; hours logged per project and task; billing rates used for project invoicing; PTO requests and balances; job site check-ins; and travel expense reimbursement requests including receipts.

Legal basis for processing: Processing is necessary for the performance of your employment contract and for compliance with PegaSys's legal obligations (Cal. Labor Code; IRS recordkeeping requirements). Legitimate interests include project billing, payroll administration, and business operations.

Who can see your data: Your direct manager and assigned project managers can see your hours, PTO, and job site records. Company administrators (CEO and developer/system accounts) can see all employee records including billing rates. WorkTrack uses Supabase (database infrastructure) and Resend (email delivery) as service providers — both receive personal data solely to operate this tool and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose. No data is shared with any other third party except as required by law.

How long we keep it: Employment records are retained for 7 years following separation of employment, consistent with standard HR and tax record-keeping requirements.

Your rights (CCPA/CPRA — California residents): You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used; to access a copy of your data (use the My Data tab); to correct inaccurate data; to request deletion of your data upon separation; and to non-retaliation for exercising these rights. To submit a request, contact your manager or the company administrator. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

1. Authorized Use. WorkTrack is an internal business tool provided by PegaSys Solutions exclusively for use by current PegaSys employees and contractors. Access is limited to authorized accounts. You may not share your credentials or use another person's account.

2. Accurate Recordkeeping. You are responsible for the accuracy of hours, PTO requests, expense submissions, and other records you enter. Submitting knowingly false information may result in disciplinary action.

3. Company Data. All data entered into WorkTrack is the property of PegaSys Solutions. You have no right to export, copy, or retain company data beyond what is necessary for your job duties.

4. No Warranty. WorkTrack is provided as-is for internal use. PegaSys Solutions makes no guarantee of uptime or error-free operation. Payroll and invoicing data should always be verified against primary records before reliance.

5. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PegaSys Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WorkTrack.

6. Termination. Your access to WorkTrack terminates automatically upon separation from PegaSys. You must not access the system after your employment or contract ends.

7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.

8. Changes. PegaSys Solutions may update these terms at any time. Continued use of WorkTrack constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
